    Are Angel Brokers' services available in my area?
If you are an agent in Texas you can join Angel Realtors! We are already members of many realtor boards. If you require membership at a particular Realtor board, we will join it!

    What authority do I have to negotiate commissions?
It has always been our policy that the agents are on the front lines; Therefore, you decide how much you will charge clients for your services.

Have you been working as a realtor?
If your answer is yes and you are looking for a smaller brokerage with lower fees. Then we might be the answer you are looking for! We do not charge any franchise fees or any hidden fees. If you are working for a large real estate firm and tired of paying high fees, contact us right away.

Can I work from the office?
We offer two main concepts to our agents with five different business models . Pick whatever works best for you! One is a virtual business model with low fees and the other is an in office business model with very reasonable fees with an office conveniently located in Addison-TX. If neither one of them is a perfect match for you, we even offer a customizable package if you need to negotiate with us, we can accommodate you.

Are you possibly thinking about expanding into commercial real estate?
We work with novice as well as experienced commercial realtors. We offer support for office relocation, retail representation, land, industrial, apartments & farm and ranch.

Would you like to do some apartment locating or learn the apartment locating business?

What about the For Sale Yard Signs?
Option 1: You can use our signs completely for FREE! Just leave a $25 deposit and bring the sign back when you're done. Use your name riders to get the leads!

Option 2:You can purchase your own signage for your listings at our negotiated discounted marketing agency. While at first that sounds like it costs you money, it actually MAKES you money because your phone number is dominant on the sign. You can put your number directly on the sign which means you get ALL the buyer calls on your listings! Shouldn't you profit the most by getting all the calls from listings you get? Think of the additional business you will receive from that aspect alone. We have multiple vendors ready to ship signs directly to you.

    Can you explain the commission structure?
The only charges you will see are the monthly fees of the plan you choose and a $35 E&O fee per closed sales transaction! Absolutely No Royalty, Franchise, or Other Fees!Depending on the plan you might have to pay the transaction fee amount. Contact us for details.

    Am I limited to selling residential real estate?
No. You may specialize in any TREC compliant real estate practice you choose. If you have received commercial real estate training, then you are welcomed to do commercial as well. Best of all is we can help you in all different areas of real estate and business brokerage!

    What types of agents can join Angel Realtors?
Any experienced real estate agent can join us. Whether you specialize in sales, leasing, buyers, sellers, commercial, land, foreclosures, or any other real estate type, as long as you have your real estate license, you can benefit from the Angel Realtors system.

    Where do I meet with my clients?
Angel Realtors provides you with many options to meet your clients depending on the plan you choose. We have a conference room available in Addison, TX

If you are not around the DFW area usually Title Companies and Loan Offices are willing to let agents use conference rooms or spare offices. Also, since wireless internet hotspots are just about everywhere these days, some agents meet their clients at local shops such as Starbucks or Panera Bread (Click here to see a list of hotspots in Texas). Most wireless phone companies offer a laptop network card that will allow you to be online anywhere you can use your cell phone! With today's technology, the world is your office.

    Where is the Angel Realtors headquarters and may I use the office?
Angel Realtors headquarters is located in Addison, Texas. Depending on the agent plan you choose you will work from our office or have unlimited access to it.

    How are commissions disbursed?
You get paid as an agent on the HUD-1 depending of the type of transaction you are closing. Therefore you will get paid immediately upon closing a successful transaction.

    Must I pay to be part of any office-required systems?
No, You don’t have to join any office-required systems. We do recommend you to be a member of your local Board of REALTORS® so that you can have access to your local MLS service.

    What do I get for referring an agent to Agent Realtors?
We build our business on the referrals we receive from our satisfied agents. We are confident that once you experience the quality and professional treatment you receive at Angel Realtors, you will be excited to be part of our company.

Since referrals are important to us… you will earn 1 FREE month of your chosen plan for every agent that joins and lists you as their referring agent. So, if you refer 12 agents, you get 1 FULL year (12 months) FREE! Also we have a specific plan for team members in which you can get an actual sponsorship percentage of all your team members commissions.

    Will I be totally “on my own?” If I choose the Virtual Plan? Where can I get answers to my important questions?
With Angel Realtors, you are never ever alone! We have several ways to get you answers to your questions. With real estate questions, you can call or email our broker 24/7! For Computer and I.T. help, and Administration support you can contact the office directly. You may also find answers to your questions in the Agent Back office and Online Video Training on Demand section of our website which allows you to ask a question and you get the answer automatically online.

    What Trainings are available?
Our training is simple yet very effective. You can either join our trainings in the office when we have a specific training class or you can watch the trainings online through our Agent Back Office webite. We record all our trainings on video for you to watch later. We have a lot of online trainings videos in numerous areas of real estate and how to make you more successful in every area of your life.

    Are any company meetings required?
No. If we need to get information to you, we will either: email you, hold an online webinar meeting or video, call you, or even send a text message to your mobile phone.

    What is the process of switching my license to Angel Realtors?
You can be an active Angel Realtos Agent TODAY! The process is very simple. You simply click the Join Now button to get an interview scheduled just to make sure we are a good fit for your business needs and make sure you have realistic expectations and goals.

The next step is you will fill out and send in the "TREC Change of Sponsorship Form" provided in your emailed welcome packet. Then, you must provide written notice to your previous broker that you have decided to change sponsorship. Once your sponsorship form has been postmarked and your broker has been notified, you have officially joined Angel Realtors Team. That's it!

    How quickly can I start working as an Angel Brokers after I sign up?
